 James Garton - Vice President of Government Accounts

Jim was born in Denver and has lived in the metro Denver Area his whole life. He attended Jefferson County Elementary, Junior and High Schools. After Graduation from High School Jim attended CSU, CU and DU. Jim retired from the Denver Water Department in 2001 after 36 years of service. His career at Denver Water (DW) consisted of managing the Data Processing / Information Technology Department. He was responsible for all the business and scientific applications along with managing the staff, software and hardware for the department. During his career at DW, He was President of the Employees Association for two 3 year terms, President of "Denver Water" Bowling League as well as President of Denver Water Softball League. Jim founded and chaired the Employees Recognition Award Program for 8 years. Jim has served as an officer on many professional IT business organizations in the Denver Area while employed at Denver Water.

The day after retiring from Denver Water, Jim started working part time for the Colorado Rockies and is currently the supervisor of the rock pile Section. Jim is currently a VP of Government Accounts, primarily focusing on state and local government clients. This includes city, state and local governments along with school districts and some private sector companies. He has been with Triad since 2002. Jim participates in the Rocky Mountain Information Management Association (RMIMA) and sponsor a booth at the State Colorado Information Management Association Conferences (CIMA) every year. Tony Fiore - Vice President of Business Development   

Tony is a native of Boston, a Cum Laude BS graduate of the University of Massachusetts, and a MS graduate from DU. Transplanted to Denver in the early 1980s, Tony spent over five years with a division of Coopers & Lybrand in Consulting Services, and moving his Business Development career forward with several major Information Technology consulting firms. Tony joined Triad in 2008 and handles business development in multiple areas.

Ronald T. Burgy – President & CEO

Ron has spent over 25 years in Information technology field, focusing in the areas of recruitment, system sales, and sales management.  Ron’s early career was spent with EDS in Dallas, and Kaneb Services (Scientific Software-Intercomp) in Denver, where he held sales and management positions. Prior to forming Triad Consultants in 1989, Mr. Burgy was the Managing Director of the Denver office with the nation’s largest recruiting firm specializing in Information Technology search.

Ron’s primary interests beyond recruiting including family, and church activities, along with flying a Twin Cessna 310 and competitive rifle and pistol shooting. Mr. Burgy spent 24 years in the U.S. Army, active and Reserves, completing his service with the rank of Major, serving in Armor, Infantry, and Special Forces units. Chas Bollow - Vice President & Service Delivery Manager    

Chas Bollow is currently the VP of Operations and Service Delivery Manager for TRIAD Consultants in Denver Colorado.  Chas has worked for Keane as an IT Consultant, with Ajilon as a Recruiting Manager and Account Manager and as an IT Manager for a brokerage house.  He has been on all sides of the hiring equation and knows the pain of hiring staff, looking for a job, and recruiting. Chas has a total of 20 years of experience in the IT industry with a total of 14 years in the IT Staffing & Consulting industry.

Chas was born and raised in upstate New York before moving to Boulder Colorado in July of 1999.  He is married and he and his wife enjoy all the activities that Colorado offers. Meredith Quarles – Staff Recruiter

Meredith grew up mainly in the Dallas area and graduated from University of Texas in 1992.  After college, she went to Houston and joined NationsBank (now Bank of America) in the management training program and spent the next 7 years in the banking industry, then joined Jefferson Wells consulting as part of their Business Development Practice for the Houston office.  In 2004, her husband was recruited to Denver to join Oppenheimer and they made the move to Colorado.  Meredith has owned and operated her own business which she sold in 2006.  She joined Triad Consultants in 2009 working both on recruiting and business development.  Meredith is married, has three children, is an avid reader and thoroughly enjoys living in Colorado.  In her spare time, she serves on the Parent Senate for Cherry Creek Academy, a Charter School and volunteers with her church as well.

Bernadine Langan-Smith – Project Manager

	Debbie Drissel – Lead Sourcing Agent Debbie joined Triad Consultants in 1999 and is the Lead Sourcing Agent.  Her early career experiences include employment as a Corporate Office Manager for a nationwide property management company and various Executive Administrative Assistant positions in the banking and engineering environments.  She has also been very active in numerous volunteer opportunities at church and schools over the past 18 years. Originally a Colorado native, Debbie lived in numerous states before returning to Colorado in 1978.  She and her husband have three children – a recent college graduate, a college sophomore, and a high school senior.  She and her family enjoy camping, kayaking, biking and hiking.  Debbie is also a Certified Water Aerobic Instructor and has taught classes in the Parker area for the past ten years.
	Ellen Schulte – Sourcing Agent Born and raised in northern Iowa, Ellen has lived in the Denver metro area since 2004. She graduated from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree. Ellen is hopeful to receive her MBA in the fall of 2010. Ellen's career experience has been, in one facet or another, within the Human Resources field. Her roles have included office management in Ohio, HR manufacturing experince (including writing a site's Affirmative Action Plan as well as conducting entire site I9 audits) in Iowa, being a physician recruiter for the state of Kansas along with HR generalist responsibilities here in Colorado. Apart from her primary role of raising two small children and being a full-time graduate student, she volunteered for a local MOPS group by performing HR and finance duties. She has been very active within the music department at her church through singing and playing piano. Ellen is a huge sports lover! She enjoys golf, basketball, football, volleyball, baseball/softball and swimming. One of her favorite sports to watch is NASCAR, both on TV and in person. In 2008, Ellen joined the Triad Consultants, Inc., team as a sourcing agent.
