Originally, our business was permanent placement of IT professionals at all levels from Help Desk through VP and CIO levels. From Information Technology, it was a very natural extension to recruit in the Telecom industry.
Our key was not the level of the search assignment, but rather the relationship with the Client Company and faith in their business, industry, and management culture.
In 1997, we expanded into the world of hourly contract consulting, but we did it differently than most firms. Triad Consultants decided a 70-80% payout to our contractors would be our standard, and that we wouldn’t take advantage of either gouging our clients or underpaying our consultants.
Since 2006, as the Oil/Gas and Energy industry has faced a shortage of Engineering talent, some of our older IT clients has asked us to apply our recruiting talents to those disciplines, which has propagated our expansion into the that industry.
A couple of things set us apart from many of our competitors, both the large 3 letter firms, as well as the smaller firms here in the Front Range of Colorado marketplace.
Number one is that Triad Consultants is who we represent! So for Triad to represent poorly managed, high turnover, or dot.bomb companies, it was never in our business plan nor our best interests. We only work with companies and opportunities that we personally believe in.
